Please note, all of our properties, both inside and out, are nonsmoking.
We would appreciate inquiries from NON-SMOKING GUESTS ONLY.
Also, much as we love them ourselves, pets are also not allowed on premises.
(All terms of stay must be established at the time of booking - no open-ended stays permitted)
Basement Room
Furnishings include bed, dresser, night table & lamps, desk & chair, armchair, closet with hangers,
mirror, laundry basket, towels & bedding, alarm clock, common phone, cable TV/VCR, wireless internet access.
(*Note: Because of the lower ceiling height, occupants over 6' tall may not feel comfortable.)
8 week stay - $760 (8 X $95) - Stays of 9-16 weeks will be charged a flat rate of $90 per week
7 week stay - $700 (7 X $100)
6 week stay - $660 (6 X $110)
5 week stay - $600 (5 X $120)

Main Floor Room

Loft Room
Furnishings include bed, dresser, double futon couch, mirror, laundry basket, towels &

Dry kitchen includes table and chairs, dishes and linens,
microwave, refrigerator, deep freeze, coffee pot/toaster, kettle, drinking water dispenser.
(*Note: because of the sloped ceiling occupants over 5'10" may not be comfortable)
8 week stay - $1080 (8 X $135) - Stays of 9-16 weeks will be charged a
flat rate of $130 per week
7 week stay - $980 (7 X $140)
6 week

Early Occupancy
If the room is available, we may allow early occupancy at a rate of $25 per day.
Please Note that more than one day of early occupancy cannot be prebooked
prior to 2 weeks before arrival.
How To Book
Email your date requirements to info@lemarston.com
We will respond as to which rooms are available for your term.
To reserve the room we will require a post-dated cheque (dated for your day of arrival) in the amount of your stay up to 8 weeks long.
(If your stay is longer than 8 weeks, you may pay those weeks later)
Once you have decided you are ready to book, email us again to make sure the room you wish is still available
(we are sometimes answering several inquiries at the same time as you) and that your cheque will be in the next mail.
We will hold the room for 5 working days to allow your cheque to arrive, and will confirm the room once we have it.
Please note, that if your cheque does not arrive, we will release the room to the next student in line after 5 working days,
so it may be wise to send it by priority post to ensure its on-time arrival.
