Please note, all of our properties, both inside and out, are nonsmoking.
We would appreciate inquiries from NON-SMOKING GUESTS ONLY.
Also, much as we love them ourselves, pets are also not allowed on premises.

FAMILY RATES - House sleeps up to 6 people, King Bed, Bunk Beds and Hideabed in living room.
(minimum stay, one week - all durations of stay must be established at the time of booking.)

Check in Fridays 6 pm, check out Fridays 12 noon

1 Week Stay - $750
2 Week Stay - $1400 ($700 per week)**
3 Week Stay - $1800 ($600 per week)**
4 Week Stay - $2000 ($500 per week)**
5 Week Stay - $2125 ($425 per week)**
6 Week Stay - $2400 ($400 per week)**
7 Week Stay - $2520 ($360 per week)**
8 Week Stay - $2600 ($325 per week)**
Stays of over 8 weeks ($300 per week Fri - Fri)
    or
$1300 per month (from the first to end of the month)***

**Reduced weekly rates are applicable only when paid in full for stays up to 8 weeks.
***2 month minimum, open-ended stays are not available.

STUDENT RATES - (Single occupancy only, house shared with another student)
Student rates are available September - June only
(minimum stay 8 weeks, maximum stay 16 weeks - no full term students)

Check in Sundays, after 12 noon, check out Saturdays before 12 noon

Bedroom #1- $160 per week *
Bedroom #2 - $150 per week *

*Overnight guests are not allowed
